• In 2003, CROWN HOME in associated with SISCOM to win a contract to supply, install and commission an expansion of an Internet broadband network for YALLA Internet Service Provider with 37 nodes across Egypt. The solution that included routers, DSLAMs and converters, was based on both Cisco and Patton equipment taking in consideration the readiness of the infrastructure to implement the VoIP services for retail and business when licensed by the country government.

  • In 2003 CROWN HOME provided business consultancy and project management service to Egypt's white goods industrial giant, Olympic Group, in establishing and operating its CRM-based Call Center serving 11 million households. The Call Center project was based on Mitel ICP Contact Center solution integrated with Oracle CRM solution.
